  : Staff were excellent and always helpful especially Angela at Breakfast, Maria on Reception and Achille at the Pool.The view was breathtaking.
  : Not enough variety on the Dinner menu which didnt change.Rooms are looking a little tired.The mattress on the beds need changing.One of the lifts was out of order for half of our stay.

  : It had beautiful views from the terrace and outside pool. The indoor swimming pool was heated which was excellent as we were travelling with a small baby. The lady on reception was very helpful.
  : It is mainly a hotel for large conferences or weddings so you tend to feel second rate guests if you are not part of them.

  : 1) Lovely room (we had a suit) 2) food was amazing (expensive but worth it)3) views were unreal & beautiful4) the pool area was lovely and relaxing 5) very romantic
  : 1) the service was not to the level of what you would expect for that hotel and the price you pay (no one at the bar, no pool service & half the staff couldnt speak English / didnt understand simple requests)2) top tip: check if there is a wedding on. blaring music all night (luckily our room was far away but heard others complaining of music till 6am) - bring your ear plugs!! They also took priority at the bar / breakfast (we werent allowed their potato rostis or mushrooms!)3) the 1am fire alarm was not ideal (set off by a wedding guest because of smoking) no direction of whether to vacate / the procedure. the morning staff had no idea it happened
