  : The property was very pretty overlooking a valley. When we asked for help, the maintenance person showed up right away. At the end of the stay when I expressed my dismay,a different receptionist was very sorry, said that the correct thing would have been to move us and gave me a bottle of wine as a little compensation.
  : We stayed in an apartment/ cottage. It was spring and one expects some bugs but this was beyond acceptability. There were centipedes and both a large spider and a few beetles literally dropped on the kitchen table ( the spider into my sisters coffee cup). When I complained at the end of day one, the receptionist said its the countryside rather than changing our accomodation. The fireplace was barely clean/ open and we got alot of smoke making it necessary to open the doors. The heat ( both room and water) failed. There were no instructions for how to lock doors and use the washing machine. The apartment had nothing, not even salt and pepper. .. or olive oil which they actually make there. These are things you usually find when renting an apartment.
