B&B Hotel Bologna

Wonderful

  : Almost everything. Clean, tidy, friendly staff.BUT (see gripes)..
  : I have stayed in B&B hotels several times. Every time there is something broken which should have been noticed and repaired. On one occasion the toilet flush was out of order. On another, the refrigerator in reception was not working, For weeks. The lift floors tiles were cracked and possibly dangerous. I'm happy to say these last two items have since been repaired. But this time, I found the handbasin stopper system completely broken. Surely it would not be difficult for service staff to do basic checks and report these defects so that they might be repaired. Another gripe is shower head attachments; they are often defective. I might add that this is not peculiar to B&B hotels. It seems to often be the case in hotels all over Italy.Without these incessant annoying problems , would have no hesitation in rate B&B h9tels 10/10. But sorry, the best I can do is 8.5/10

  : The room was nice, the bathroom clean and functional, the TV was a smart Tv with Google cast function, the breakfast good. Many parking spaces just in front of the hotel.
  : The room was not really noise isolated towards the hallway and I heard doors banging loudly walking me up until about 3pm. The noise also gave me the impression that sometimes someone was at my door (which was NOT the case), but it left me feeling insecure, as there was no specific locking mechanism I could operate from the inside. For that reason alone I would probably not go there again if I were traveling alone.
