: The breakfast was bad No eggs, no cheese, no fresh fruit.. There was 2 types of cakes, yougurt, coffe, crossants... Very bad Breakfast
: They said that they have trumal waters on booking .... and it's free, when you on site the make you 16 for trumal water. Guest have NO access to the natural caves or muds. We spent A lot of money on taxi's, buses from and to the hotel

: The room was quiet and we could hear birds singing throughout the day. There was a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The bathroom was clean, as was the room, and cleaned daily. The pool on the roof is quite nice, and you can sunbathe or hide in the shade on one of the deck-chairs provided. Mind that you have to wear a bathing cap. The breakfast was good enough, with fresh, warm croissants. They also prepare dinner at additional fee (a starter, first course and second course - both to be chosen from 2 options, and a dessert), but you have to decide until 11:00 if you want to have it. The bar serves snacks (during lunchtime) and drinks. The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful even though only some of them speak English. We also had a massage and it was very relaxing. It is located close to a bus stop (at the time there were some road works, so pay attention to the messages at the bus stops!) and we managed to travel by bus throughout our stay, but be patient and arrive at the stop 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time, because EAV is wild. There is a supermarket nearby and a kiosk where you can buy i.e. bus tickets.
: The shower gel was available only on first day - we didn't get any later on. The toilet's flush system was unfortunately a typical Italian set, which has no water saving option. The wifi in the room was quite weak and connection broke systematically. The air conditioning was so poor that we chose to open the windows instead - doable in June, but I don't know what I would have done in August, when both the heat and mosquito appearance rise. No minifridge in the room - again, in Italian temperatures it would be good to have a chilled water bottle handy.
