  : The views are nice, there is parking and the staff are nice as well (doing their best to keep guests happy), but that is it.
  : I dont understand how this hotel has positive reviews. and also 4-stars more like 2 stars Terrible state of the hotel (not like in the pictures at all) needing lots of refurbishment and work: plumbing is a problem: the shower and the sink both drain poorly. The shower cabin is small, doors not closing properly, and moldy. Air conditioner works somewhat, but also requires maintenance as it is very loud and keeps making loud banging noises when working.Wi-fi is dodgy, working intermittentlyBreakfast is terrible, which is a bit of a surprise for Italy soggy eggs, some bread and cheese with ham, stale pastries and OMG what a terrible coffee.Vacation totally ruined!

  : The pool was lovely, and the view from the pool was gorgeous. The room was tired and outdated. We had ant infestations and had to ask for spray to treat them. It was noisy at night as you could hear people coming back to their rooms on the noisy tiles. Plus our room seemed to back on to where all the staff seemed to gather in the evenings and were rather noisy.
  : Not the best location for us. No access to the beach/sea from the hotel. We felt a little isolated. The rooms are tired and need an update

  : Amazing views of the Island a lovely comfortable hotel not too busy very relaxing and peaceful . Very clean staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast just enough choice the pool area was so quiet which added to our enjoyment

  : The view is spectacular. Theres a very reduced staff at the hotel with only a nice chap on reception and doing everything.
  : The former restaurant facility of this hotel has been hived off, with the hotel going to one brother and events dining (only) going to the other one. Having especially messaged for a quiet room I was given room 202 in the reception corridor which faced onto the rear of their events area and their loos with all the conversation and flushing outside. The noise was terrible from the event. And even when it had finished the clearing up was extremely loud without regard for would be sleeping guests with the adjoining wall being bumped. It did not stop until 2.15am and I therefore got no sleep until about 3am. I was travelling the next day. You are at the mercy of the events being held in that room. They tried to tell me at the hotel the events section belonged to someone else ..but the hotel owners brother was there doing the clean up so its just a different company on the same grounds. The old dining facility for lunch and dinner used to be fantastic.. Also they used to serve a delicious breakfast with lovely staff and, though the food is reasonable (cold scrambled egg for example) they serve it on paper plates -for ecological reasons they claim! In fact they have cut down on all staff/ facility costs except for one person on reception and a lady I saw only at breakfast. They had a notice board offering to sell bruschetta at lunchtime but it was not available because the lady is not there. The bigger pool has a notice saying only 2 people at a time. The air conditioning in my room didnt work properly and there was no hand soap provided. This could be one of the great hotels of the world with its spectacular view but the changes made since the pandemic means its just a b and b serving food on paper plates like a bad motel in the US.

  : Situation is exceptional. The entrance from the busy main road invites you into a tranquil, setting with flowers and shrubs decorating the whole area. Passing through reception you reach a beautiful pool area leading the most superb view across the bay to Naples. In the far distance is Vesuvius , sometimes clearly visible, sometimes covered in mist, but its always there.The staff, especially Pino who manages the hotel were always polite, helpful and thoughtful.It was easy to walk down the hill to Ischia Port where there are plenty of restaurants on the harbour. The town is well worth a day spent walking on the beach to the castle. Swimming in the Mediterranean is always such a pleasure.We found the public bus service was a great bonus, with bus stops outside the hotel, taking you either clockwise or anti clockwise around the island.. Going out for the day or,for an evening meal, was therefore a simple task. Tickets for a day or up to a week can be purchased from the bus depot in Ischia Port.
  : The only disappointment was the lack of a restaurant. This was due to open the day after we returned home. It is separated from the restaurant and run by a different company, but shares the fabulous outlook over the bay. An evening meal must be worth a try.

  : We stayed here for a week in August 2023. Rooms are clean, pool with smaller adjacent pools are great, with an amazing view. Staff is very nice and helpful.Very close to bus station which was very helpful/useful getting around the island. Would recommend getting the 3 days or 7 days bus pass from Ischia Porto
  : What we saw as potential improvements:- air conditioning was barely functioning in our room. It is incorporated in the room wall and we had to leave it on for the whole trip to have approx 22-23 degrees in the room.It was quite loud and it took several hours for the temperature to drop in the room because of this system. - shower water pressure was great, but the sink and bidet barely had any pressure.- the breakfast was ok. It had plenty of pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, hot dogs, with some cures meats and cheese. The bread was stale/old on multiple occassions/mornings

  : The staff was very friendly, especially the lady serving breakfast. The territory is clean and well groomed. The pool area is cool, with amazing views. The room is spacious and clean. All hygienic stuff is available, and refilled every day.
  : There were ants in our room. It was not possible to change the room as the hotel was full. After additional treatments ants have gone, but the experience was ruined. The hotel is located between two cities: you need either to go to Ischia Porto or Casamicciola for a walk or dinner (20 min walk both). Despite the bus stop is in front of the hotel, buses are late all the time and full.

  : Lovely decor and ambience, very clean and inviting. excellent breakfast. Situated at top of hill halfway between Porto and Casamigglione so excellent sea views from terrace. lovely clean pool and large room with equally large bathroom.
  : "garden view" room looked out at back of hotel over rubbish bins and no balcony as advertised. Bar does not operate pm and no food available after breakfast. Restaurants are a 1 km walk downhill in either direction but a stiff walk back up , especially from Porto. There are buses that pass the hotel but you might have a wait.
