My Kosher Hotel - Canazei

Situated in Alba di Canazei 2 km from Canazei My Kosher Hotel overlooks the Dolomites. The hotel is about 1 km from the Pecol ski lift and 300 metres from the Ciampac cablecar. Rooms feature an LCD TV and a safe. Most come with mountain views.

Wi-Fi access is available. You will have free tea and coffee-making facilities in the hotel's lounge. This is the first and only Italian boutique hotel offering full Kosher Mehadrin certification. A ski storage room and ski and bicycle rental are available.

The hotel's wellness centre includes an indoor pool and a Mikveh ritual bath. My Kosher has free indoor and outdoor parking a ski shuttle bus and an on-site synagogue.

: Breakfast is very poor for 4 stars hotel. One day they had even seald kitchen and almost nothing to eat. No lactose free products. Dirty dishes. Refrigirator in room didn t work. Elevators were dirty. One day Cleaning guy told us if we will not go out of the room by 12.00, they will not clean our room on this day. This is not 4 star hotel. Hotel should have maximum 3 stars.

: Location of the hotel is great, there are good restaurants in surrounding, Ciampac ski lift is cca 5 min by foot. Also, they have a hotel ski lift for free (there are working hours listed in a hotel lift) and that was great to have.
: The hotel is overpriced for service and accomodation they offer. The breakfast that costs 60(!) per person is very poor in quality and has minimal selection of meals. The hotel management during check in said it is a kosher breakfast, but there is no excuse to serve cold omlets, while not being able to order fresh ones. Also, during Saturdays the breakfast for non-kosher guests didn't include even toasts, with old bread, marmelade, boiled eggs and salad as only choice. Definitely not worth the price.The rooms are poorly lighted with small tv and only italian channels. The minibar didn't work. All in all, not a 4 star hotel room. The pool is nice, but the working hours are divided in lady only, men only and free access, which reduces availability (I would understand that, if they mentioned it anywhere before booking). Sauna and gym are additionaly charged 5 per use, which I consider ridiculous when you pay 1 night in a hotel 140 per person.
