  : We really liked our stay here. The private car park space was a bonus. It was just a quick walk to the main tourist attractions and restaurants. Facilities were great. Two bathrooms and an outdoor eating area. It was excellent value for money. Our host, Giusseppina, was very helpful at check in.

  : it provided for our requirements for 9 nights in Cagliari while touring with a car- excellent communications with host - faulty hairdryer promptly replaced- ideal location 5 minutes walk from via Roma and bus stops - spacious for 3 adults - good AC in all rooms and private secure parking in garage on site included- added benefit of 2 bathrooms- overall good value for potential group/family - even for just 2 people if you need parking its ideal - good kitchen facilities
  : the outside space was large and functional but needed a little TLC! appreciate its a city centre apartment in residential block but didnt look like it had been painted in a while- half dead plant sitting sadly and unattractive view down to disused apartment patio below - maybe screen this off? but area is functional with washing machine and drying area. we ate out in restaurants mainly or in kitchen a couple of times but in high summer I wouldnt be inspired to sit outside and its the only dining table as breakfast bar in kitchen - few kitchen items like new plastic chopping board needed replacing- comfy modular sofa but unattractive throw over it for some reason? the layout is good -Double bedroom with a comfy large bed and en-suite bathroom (slightly dusty around bed and cabinets) but the other 2 bedrooms although good sized have single beds which are more child sized - larger adults would not be comfy! making one into a double bedroom would benefit the apartment greatly - we were 3 adults and my adult son had to take one of these small beds- I was aware of the layout but not the small size of beds- apartment has a few signs of wear and tear and cosmetically could have done with freshening up especially as we are so early in season? however if I needed a city centre apartment with parking I would stay again. it was just a functional apartment that with a few easy changes could be much improved.

  : Had to call owner for wifi infono instructions left in the apartment? Ensuite bathroom not cleaned properlyrubbish on floor (dirty earbuds) from previous tenant. Walls were dirtyneeds some repair and fresh coat of paint. No hair dryer. No salt/pepper/oil in kitchen as often found in all air bnb.
