  : Hotel was central, pity about all the construction that was going on, but understandable that progress is needed.

  : The room was beautiful overlooking the marina. It was light and airy and the view was amazing. Access and location of the building was very close to restaurants and transport. The breakfast had a variety of options including fresh fruit and the room was serviced well daily.
  : Occasionally the seating at breakfast was not enough to cater for all guests. Perhaps a nominated breakfast time by guests might alleviate this situation or perhaps the availability of a few more chairs. We arrived at designated check-in time but room wasn't ready for another hour. It would have been good if a wash room could have been accessed while we waited the hour. This was not the case it was suggested we find a bar. The shower screen door had been broken previous to our arrival and they were waiting for a replacement. Admittedly they allowed extra towels so that water did not saturate the floor. These are only minor problems but easily sorted.

  : For me it was the perfect location. On the edge of the marina district with a small park, close to bus lines and the port. About the room: It is a good design idea to divide the room into two areas with a glass wall, the space does not feel cramped becouse of it. Since the TV is also mounted on the wall, the hanging clothes are not visible, which makes the room look tidy. The breakfast was good and enough.
  : The breakfast table was a bit small for 3 people and there were only 2 chairs next to the coffee table in the room, so you couldn't sit down there together. Also, there were only 2 bedside tables.

  : Location is good. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast was good.
  : Its a boutique hotel so I would say there is a requirement to be very quiet given the rooms are all in a very small space. The breakfast area is directly off all bedrooms so you are destined to be up early regardless. We asked for a late check out, we were willing to pay, the lady on reception refused point blank even though the hotel wasnt booked for the next night! Was super unhelpful about it.

  : One of the most spacious rooms I stayed in during this Europe trip! Very comfortable for 3 adults and the property feels very new and fresh staff are amazing and its fairly central

  : The location was excellent. The room was very clean and cozy. The breakfasts were tasty, particularly the omelet with ham and cheese (delicious!). The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would love to come back to Birkin Marina at some point.
  : We would love to have some vegetables for breakfast, but in general it was great.

  : They ran out of food on the dinner menu as we had 8pm booking.
