: Lovely country house hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast in beautiful fresco covered room. We had a spacious room by the pool with air con, great views. Honesty bar by the pool was very welcome, pool very quiet when we stayed in August. The hotel's resturant, a seperate business, about half a mile away was excellent, best meal we had, with wine from the vineyard.

: Availability of a quadruple room. Others reviews. Declated caring approach for the guests. Didnt get the experience as was left out with a 3 year old at the gate at 10.30pm which noone caring what happened to us.
: Because of personal circumstance we could not reach Villa Dragoni by 8.30pm check in time, there was no communication after with the place, nooone enquired about us coming and what happened, noone waited for us, while we tralleved with a 3 year old and I forgot my phone in Venice Lido and needed to go back to fetch it or else we would not have details of the booking. I needed to find an alternative accomodation at 10pm, which I managed. I am dissapoined that noone waited for us and recieved a note that refund will not be granted, fair would be 50%, noone cared that with a baby i had no place to stay. Complete lack of empathy.
