  : Staff were doing their very best, view of vineyards and olive trees by the pool were nice. Allowed to stay and use the decent sized pool after you check out. Near Lake Garda.
  : Everything really. It's pretty scrappy and in poor repair, our room had a broken off balcony tile that was sharp and dangerous, it said all the rooms have views but they definitely don't... was glad it was one night only, booked it for the pool, probably would have been state of the art in 1983, not been given a lot of love since?! One room's air con didn't work. Poky bathroom with no window and poor ventilation, grimy floor, loud useless fan etc. Breakfast had ok variety but not quality - classic big buffet style crap for tourists... Not 3 stars for sure!

  : The only reason our rating is not 1 is the location close to Lago di Garda and the fact that some of the staff (not the one at the bar) we met was quite nice.
  : We saw all the bad reviews but we did not care... and we should have :D This was definitely the worst accommodation we had during our 2-month journey through Italy and Croatia. I am surprised the hotel has not been closed by the Public Health Office yet... The rooms are dirty (we found old shoes under our bed; I refused to use the shower), parts of the pool are collapsing, the staff at the bar is arrogant. Also, we knew the wifi is only available at the reception area but still - hello, we are in the 21st century in Europe! :D

  : Good location if have car and therefore free parking. Lovely viewBeds cleaned every day and extra towels given by housekeeping staff.
  : Pool times limited 10-6 nightmare with children. too much temptation and upsetting when they cant go in. life guard only made himself present with his whistle 30mins prior to getting kicked out of pool area never seemed cleaned from the day before properly. Our daughter is in wheelchair and we were told room was fine for wheelchair. Absolutely not. she had to shower in the pool showers. no way she was getting in the cubicle shower. Room was old and dirty with many broken things in bathroom and balcony door lock. Bar staff were friendly enough. but unless you were a polish female you werent getting served by the young lads at the bar. be prepared to be standing for a while waiting to be served. Breakfast was awful how do you get scrambled eggs wrong when you are a chef?we only stayed here for 2 days before moving to our next destination maybe changing to a 2 star then there wouldnt be as much to fault. was very difficult navigating round the hotel in a wheel chair. 1st morning. lift wasnt even open for us to go down for breakfast. had to wait in lobby for 30 mins after 3 members of staff were told Only Wi-Fi round lobby and pool bar.
