  : The hotel pictures were exactly as shown on Booking.
  : Our rooms were alongside a major building site. We were awakened in the morning at 6.30am to the sound of hammers, saws, machines, etc. It was so bad we had to leave the space early every morning until the builders left.. so no siestas. We had booked for luxury and the balcony but we didn't experience that at all. Very very disappointed and the silence of Penthouse on this issue was deafening. Not

  : The property was nice once we got there, although the photos show a lot of amenities that were not on our unit so a bit misrepresented.
  : I had to have a lot of unnecessary communication with the owner. It wasnt until the day we were to check that I was informed to go to a nearby hotel, pick up 3 keys, watch a video on where to go, very difficult to navigate in the dark, and once inside the building was not well lit. Just a big pain in the neck. Time consuming, irritating and potentially dangerous if after dark. Stay somewhere with less hassle.

  : This is a good property with helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. We had a hot tub in ours and we used it a few times during our stay. The bed was really comfortable. Any questions, in the morning Gina was around to help or you could WhatsApp at any time. Anything we asked was answered quickly and the advice on places to eat etc was really great. We chose this property as is was close to the train station, so we knew that we would not have a wonderful sea view etc, so were happy with what we had. There is a large outdoor terrace with a table and chairs to sit on. We didn't choose the breakfast option as we were travelling most days, so I can't comment on that. We were there for a week, we were comfortable, found the location good and were happy to stay there.
  : The lift is small so sometimes there is a wait, however the suites are in an old building and it can't be helped, but it's important for people to know you are on the 7th floor

  : The property is in a calm and relaxed part of town. It is close to the train station for those traveling by train, and it offers a nice gated parking garage for those traveling by car. The view is nice, even though the jacuzzi suite overlooks the train station. The bed is comfortable and quiet. The shower accommodates two and has a nice rain-shower head.
  : The jacuzzi did not get warmer than 28 degrees, which was far colder than we prefer. We discussed this with the proprietario, and he offered a few suggestions (including reviewing again the video tutorial that he had sent us), but these steps did not increase the temperature. Relatedly, the water had a slightly stale smell, and it is challenging to keep the water as clean as the proprietario expects it to be when you check out. My wife and I showered and scrubbed well before each use (as the units rules require); still, we noticed the following morning that a small amount of residual dirt from our bodies or feet had settled on the bottom of the jacuzzi in many areas. In various messages and videos, the proprietario implores you to maintain perfect water quality, and warns you of the possibility of significant additional fees if the water is not perfect on departure. It is a little harder to relax in the jacuzzi when you are surrounded by written noticesand numerous large pictureswarning you of these potential consequences, and harder still when you have followed the rules yet still see residual dirt the following morning. (So far, we have not been charged any additional fees related to the jacuzzi.)Separately, a large rainstorm occurred during our stay. The proprietario warned his guests about the storm and asked that all doors and shutters be closed. We did exactly as requested. Nevertheless, a significant amount of water entered the unit. It appeared to come through the bottoms of the doors to the terrace; from from a port hole in the jacuzzi room; and from the floor moulding in the middle of a wall, which was particularly troubling. The water intrusion tripped the power circuit, and we had to clean up the water before we were able to get the power back on. This was very frustrating.

  : Noisy with some works outside. Little fragile table on the terrace with 2 chairs for an apartment for 4. The bathroom is kind of humide because there is not a direct window (the window opens onto the laundry room).
