  : On arrival, we realised we had been sold something completely different on Booking.com to the apartment we arrived at. The apartment had no private entrance, no separate bedroom and not three beds, all of which were in the advert. There were four of us in a small studio with two beds - what a scam for the price we paid! The owner admitted to this false advertising after I messaged, and after some messages back and forth, agreed to refund us part of the price we had paid for the apartment. On evening of arrival, the curtain rails fell down, next to my sons head! The plates and cutlery in the apartment were disgusting with food leftovers on them, no cleaning or check thereof after previous customers staying. The washing machine didn't work, a paper note was left by owner on the machine in the bathroom saying so. When pointed out, we were told to use the communal washing machines in a huge building complex with hundreds of apartments. Not what we paid for as the ad said apartment had its own washing machine. The toilet was not flushing properly. They told us not to use it and brought in a plumber for maximum 4 hours to fix it - after we left in the morning to getting a message saying the toilet was fixed. After that we received a messages saying we owe them 915!! for fixing the toilet along with a bill - we expect from a plumber friend of theirs ;-) Coincidently, this is the same amount they had offered us as a discount for the false advertising they admitted to. At this point, we realised what scammers they were and that we were not going to receive the discount they had promised for false advertising on Booking.com. Please note we have screenshots of everything from the original ad of apartment, admittance of fault from owners of apartment, pictures of curtains, dirty plates and cutlery, note of broken washing machine etc etc. Booking.com offered no protection for us either - you are on your own. Overall a horrible experience. Stay away.

  : The location was great, very practical. It was quiet. Ideal for skiing lovers.
  : The cooking pot was too small for 5 people. The flat could have been cleaner (e.g. there were cobwebs, stains on the sofa, the cushions looked old and dirty, some mould in the shower box).

  : Great location ski to door. , good communication from owners via whatsapp. Well equipped clean and modern appartment, decent size for 4 people, good hot showers.
  : Sofa bed uncomfortable with very noisy springs.

  : The building is quite horrible! Ski in only on a black slope, should have been mentioned this particularly! If you dont have a car and cant handle a black ski slope, location is awful! Generally would be a good option for 100/150 a night, not more!
