Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Leo was very kind and gave us a lift up the hill with our luggage when we arrived.
  : The apartment was not the one we booked. It is not in the photos, apart from the outside, but that's because I think the advertised apartment is the top floor of the building and not the middle floor. It was noisy in the middle apartment when people were upstairs. We booked a 1 bed with sofa bed in living room. We got a 2 bed with one chair in living room, so we brought a garden chair in to sit on. Only 2 european sockets and both in the kitchen. Plugs in kitchen cracked and a bit dangerous (I think). My bedside light didn't work, there was a light missing on the bathroom mirror. The one pot in the kitchen we had to use to boil water for tea and coffee was stained / marked. The whole place is in dire need of renovation. Leo and Clara reduced the price when we were due to pay at their B&B, but it was not the best experience to have to deal with when you're on holiday. I would rather have stayed in the apartment we chose at the price we agreed last year.

  : the apartment was well maintained and comfortable. The location is extremely quiet

  : The owners were very nice, offered to help with taking luggage up for me. They were accommodating and very nice people.The flat was clean and all furniture looks very new and in good shape.
  : 1. Downstairs (in the bathroom and double bedroom) is quite cold and upstairs (kitchen) it is very hot. No constant temperature.2. There was no Internet but eventually I got a SIM card from the owners in the second day.3. The plugs were all weird except for one in the kitchen which could be used, so I had to charge everything using one socket.4. The price was double than Austria and facilities worse.
