  : Amazing breakfast and view from the breakfast room. Very nice relax area with swimming pool, sauna and steam bath. Perfect location. Nice mountain view on all sides.
  : Towels dedicated to the swimming pool would be a plus.

  : Great place, calm.
  : We stayed at 8 different hotels during our holiday and we could take our dog to a breakfast room everywhere except this place. We managed that and we eat separately, but... It would be helpful if personnel at the reception would be able to help more about information how to use cable cars on Klien Matterhorn and that area. That is the only cable car working in summer there... and they did nit know almost anything. No maps of the surroundings available.

  : The staff was great, especilly at the restaurant. Also, the location is good. If you have a booking you are allowed in the restricted area and if your booking expires there is a big parking for free just outside Entrance 4.
  : 1. The room was not clean - a lot of dog hair and dusty.2. The pool for kids open only between 4 to 6 PM. We checked in at 6 PM. So if you have only 1 day accomodation you cannot enjoy the facilities.3. Our room was just next to breakfast area - in the night you coukd hear or feel the vibration of what seemed to be the refrigerator (on and off every 30-40 min). The sound was not very loud but it was there and the room was not quite as you would expect.4. The hotel is rated as 4 star hotel but for me it felt more like a 3* hotel with just the things you strictly need in the room.

  : Perfect location, super friendly staff. They think every detail in amenities. Even including dog shampoo. Spa is really clean and relaxing after a long day hiking. Breakfast is very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
