  : The modern art deco of the apartment was most appealing to us! Very cosy and comfortable place! The location of the place is very near to the Castle, restaurants and supermarket! Convenient to tourists like us!

  : Two floors were inconvenient for us (older couple) but decore and furnishings and location were excellent.

  : Located in the centre of Bracciano and close to all the restaurants and bars. Within walking distance to the station for trains to Rome. You can also walk to the lake in less than half an hour if you are feeling energetic

  : the location
  : the place seems fancy in the pictures but when we got there reality was disappointing. there is only one bathroom although the host advertises two. the water flow in the shower was problematic as the hose is old and needs to be replaced. there are two toilets. the ad in booking says the place is air- conditioned but the air-conditioning is installed in the upper floor and didnt work well. the host is aware of the problem and put a fan in the living room. it was hot in the apartment but we were afraid to open a window because there was no screen. but the most disappointing thing was the refrigerator. a large amount of water came out of it and we had to wait for the host to come and defrost if so it wont leek. also the place boasts free parking but it is based on availability and is very far away. the host demanded that we pay cash upon arrival. she said that the extra bed is broken and 2 double beds for 4 people are enough. only when she came to fix the fridge did she agree to open the extra bed which turned out to be just fine. when i complained on the above problems in the apartment the host suggested to cancel the deal but it was friday evening and the village full of weekenders so where would we go?

  : Beautifully decorated but feels like home. Equipped with everything you need. Love the bath and a half. Perfect location.
  : No outdoor space.

  : Great location in the historic part of town. A lovely old cobbled street that's nice and quiet yet really close to great restaurants and bars.The apartment was impeccably clean and has lovely artworks throughout.
  : The bed was a little bit hard, but this is a personal preference.
