  : Good location. Relatively cool in summer (ground floor, although this also means it's a bit dark and you get more noise from the street: decide what's most important to you and take your choice). Reasonably well-equipped.
  : They are all minor gripes but worth pointing out if you are renting the property for a longer period of time e.g. 3-4 weeks: 1) It's not obvious how many people the flat is intended to accommodate: if one or two, which is about the maximum that's comfortable for a flat this size, why have four chairs around the dining table (one of which has to be moved to open the fridge)? Even if only one or two, the stovetop coffee maker is tiny - only makes one small cup so if you want to make coffee for two, or just have a second coffee, you have to empty it and start again. 2) The ironing board is the miniature kind that has to be used on e.g. a table, but is rather wobbly and slides about on the (glass-topped) table. There is room to store and erect a proper ironing board so I would suggest the owners do that. 3) There are no spares of e.g. tea towels or dishcloths. So when you want to wash the ones provided, you have none until they dry.
