  : The apartment was excellent, in a lovely location. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the hostesses had the kindness to help us with the luggage.
  : When we arrived the apartment was very clean, but there was no cleaning service for the next days.

  : You can leave your luggage in the office until check-in. Registration also went well. Alex was very friendly! There is a spacious corridor, when entering the room you do not bump into the bed, there is an area with a sofa. Excellent location in one of the "secrets" of Bologna (; . There were a dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, in general everything as described. Also the beautiful decor
  : As you can see from the booking photo, the devices are located under the roof (4th floor, the climb is difficult and narrow, keep this in mind) and with 1 mini window near the floor, which can only be opened for ventilation. It faces a noisy street. However, if you like the sounds of the city, you will be ok. We also note strange creaking sounds on the roofs at night. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, but there was not a single knife except for cutlery. Dim light in the bathroom. There is no big mirror. Hope they change the locking door codes after every guest.

  : Was nice to have an apartment over a hotel room. This apartment was quirky, but was clean, quiet and had a lovely terrace.Its location made it ideal for exploring.
  : Some of the details in the property needed to be looked at e.g the curtains were not fitting, holes in the walls where pictures had fallen/come down. However, none of these made any difference to the stay.

  : The apartment is small and cute, very close to the center, right above the canal, and the window through which you can see the bridge is in the same building
  : The only window in the bedroom is too small and we didnt find the patio

  : For tall Dutchies the shower was a bit cramped, and we prefer a bit softer matras. But those were really the only minor minor details which we did not like.

  : Very good location, very good design, very good hosts.
  : I didn't had a balcony for that money. no view from the biggest window in the apartment. Had a good view but on the kitchen window which is very little and had to climb to see something.

  : Very comfortable and clean. (Though some people might find the bed too firm! - a bed topper would be good)Good temperature. Liked the location. Looked after well and easy to communicate with the host.
  : The steps! Happened to have a large case and with no lift, quite hard work. (60 steps) We were okay, but some would find it challenging.
