: The location was very good and the host was excellent but in relation to breakfast provided at a local cafe, when we arrived there at 0800 we were told by the young man inside that we should come back later because he wasn't ready. We were in a hurry to get to the airport so we went somewhere else.
: The signs on the doorside of the property should be improved to clearly say its name. We wasted time walking up and down the street before establishing the correct doorway to enter.

: An excellent location, and a clean and spacious room with decent amenities are the major attractions of the property.
: One can only arrive at specified hours, inconvenient! The check-in employee spoke very quickly; she seemed hurried to finish with us. There was no coffee maker in the room. We guests had to go to the "lobby" to make our one allotted morning coffee per person where we saw each other's pajamas. A minimal breakfast was served at a cafe in the piazza. The windows were soundproofed from the noise of the crowds but not from the loud music in the nearby piazza.

: We loved the location of the property and the clean and spacious rooms
: Unfortunately after checking in and heading out for dinner my boyfriend lost our room key presumably when he ended up proposing on Saturday. When we got back into the building with the physical keys we realized we did not have the room card to open the doors to the suites let alone to our room once another couple let us into the main area in the morning after we spent 9 hours locked outside in the courtyard and slept in the elevator for warmth. Since there is no reception desk or 24/7 line to contact our only choice was to brave it through the night and I couldnt contact the property to actually get into our room until about 10am on Sunday.
