  : Very clean room, renovated, big bathroom, close to train station and 20 mins walk from center. We had welcomed pastry and coffee in the room. Air conditioning was working perfectly. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Could not hear any noise from the street so that is also a plus.
  : The street of the hotel is not the best as it looks like is neglected and also dirty but we did not mind the street so much as we could walk to the centre and we booked this property since we wanted to be close to the train station and not walk much with our luggage. Other than that, the property is very nice.

  : The accommodation is very centrally located opposite the main train station. The small breakfast was a nice gesture. The price-performance ratio for Bologna was absolutely ok.
  : Unfortunately, our stroller didn't fit in the elevator or through the front door. The room was a bit noisy and you could hear the other guests showering, coming in and going out.
