  : This is one of the best hostels we have ever been in! Very nice and modern space, clean rooms and a huge common room which we spend a chill evening with! The personnel has been very helpful and friendly, check-in and check-out also went smooth. And the view from the rooftop is breathtaking! If we go again to Bergamo we will definitely choose Ostello di Bergamo again! And also big greetings from Poland for the guy from reception who was doing a crossword in German with us! Hope u doing well!

  : The price is too high for the hostel, which is outdatet and needs renovation. The cleanliness must be better. Our bathroom was terrible, the water would flood not only the bath, but also the room. Mould is there, too.

  : There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
  : Cleaning is a disaster, see the pictures in the bathroom, I didn't have the courage not to wash in such conditions. The rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear any noise, it's horrible to sleep, I only managed with earplugs. It's cold and the ventilation can't cope.

  : At least the staff was welcoming and the common area didn't smell like old sweat, stinky socks and mold (like the bed rooms). Oh, and the internet was functioning well enough.
  : At the end of the trip I felt like I had to burn my clothes which I used there in order to feel clean again. The general space was good enough but the room was just below poor. The smell was unbearable and also the facilities were not as you may expect from a hostel nowadays. No curtains, no individual lights and only 2 sockets for 5 people? The lockers also could not be closed (just 1 in the room) and the beds and mattresses were so old that probably the romans also slept on these beds in their time. Rooms were super small as well....Sorry, but next time I would probably prefer to stay away for a night rather than sleeping in those rooms again. Also location wise it's not really central, but that's a thing you know when you book this place.
