  : - cosy village area with garden - parking on territory is available - amazing shower in the bathroom - a bit more far from city center (like 10 -15 minutes of walking) and its big bonus in this overcrowded city center - friendly owner who offered us many nice bonuses - near the beaches (10-15 minutes walking).
  : - near the villa somebody builds new buildings so you will wake up every single working day at 7-7.30 am by the annoying noice. unfortunately it was a big minus for us. we wanted to relax and to sleep till we want, but it didnt worked out - we missed balcony, but to dry your beach clothes you can use dryer in the yard - unfortunately there is no nice adult beaches near. its so much overcrowded, so we went out of the town by car, but its not the blame of the owner but of the city
