  : Location, amazing view, interior design, not too busy
  : Hotel management/owners dont like their guests i think. No single smile over 3 days.. restaurant closed and it looks like nobody wants to work there.. i know why. You dont feel welcomed there.. owner can enter and swim in the lake from the hotel pier but i was asked to leave and enter the lake from outside. Poor management. Shame, such a lovely place. My advise dont bother with running hotel.. just sell or close it as you did with restaurant

  : The people that work here should not be in the hospitality business they were very unfriendly when we asked for help they pretended like they didn't know English and we found out they did period and they also wouldn't help us when we asked I would never recommend staying here

  : So relaxing, perfect location right by the water which was lovely to sit by at breakfast. Room was spacious and clean and comfy. A perfect stay!

  : Restaurant was closed but the property did inform prior to arrivalalot of steps when walking from centre-wouldnt be suitable for people who have popr mobility

  : Our experience was amazing! This hotel was such a nice surprise. We asked for a room with lake view, but we were not expecting such amazing views... Our room had a small terrace facing the mountains and the lake, and we felt like we didn't even have to leave the hotel to be able to experience Lake Como. So peaceful, so calm, and so utterly beautiful. The breakfast was really good, the staff was nice, and the cleaning team was super fast and efficient. The moment we had to check-out was definitely a sad moment, and we can't wait to be back again... The villa of Bellagio did not disappoint, we clearly picked the best place to stay in Lake Como in order to rest, walk around and just relax while being constantly amazed by our surroundings. :)
  : The WiFi reception wasn't great, the connection was weak and kept failing, and we ended up reverting to our mobile data usage. This would be a problem if we wanted to be working remotely from the hotel, but for vacation purposes it was ok.
