: male receptionist and barman very pleasant and helpful.
: the proprietor attitude when we complained about the breakfast .... she started screaming at us. No milk for cereal, not enough brioche, we couldnt expect her to put out sliced bread or eggs if she had less than ten people in the hotel ...and so it went on .... in the end we demanded to pay so we could leave asap. We were also put in a room for disabled persons which would have been alright if we could have opened the bathroom window and if the shower head had sprayed efficiently!

: The location is great for visiting both Assisi and Perugia - in a quiet part of town less than 10 minutes drive from Assisi proper (you can actually see it from the hotel) and about 25 minutes from Perugia. In addition to the in-house resturant, there are a number of resturants in the center of Bastia Umbra which is a few minutes drive. Rooms were comfortable (even though a bit old), and the breakfast was great (you need to order to what you would want the evening before).
: In one of the rooms we booked, the shower was incredibly small for some reason. The place also has a restaurant, so on some evenings the parking situation could be a bit tight.

: Location and the swimming pool with the view of Assisi.
: We had to order breakfast from the menu in the advance - the preceding evening. Menu was in Italian, we had to use google translate for help. And in the morning they confused our order. It was a bit annoying at that time, but funny with the passage of time. There was a bothering step at the bathroom entrance. There is a lovely pool, but no place to hang the bathing suit and wet towel, drying rack would help.

: It's big and looks very elegant. Clean, confortable and my room was pretty big
: The staff was rather small, at least that day. Nobody at the reception for a long time when I needed to check out, so I went to have breakfast first and then came back at the desk. The breakfast was a la carte and I prefer the buffet, where I can see with my eyes what I'm getting and I can go back to choose as many times as you can.
