  : This accommodation is simple, safe and clean. I had a single room, which was very small with a single bed, but I didn't expect anything different as I had booked a single room. The breakfast was incredible, eggs, yogurt, fruit, toast, coffee, juice - really well done to fuel you for the day ahead. Excellent location - was able to easily walk all around Bari and the old town. Considering the prices for accommodation were very high throughout peak season, this accommodation is very good. The parking garage was close by, and it was easy enough to park and take your car out when needed. My car was unfortunately locked in the garage as I didn't realise it was a holiday, so the garage was closed that day until the evening, which was my fault, however my feedback would be for the Hotel to advise these things when booking the car in, as that garage is connected to the Hotel as preferred garage - as much as I try and communicate in Italian to understand most things, some things get lost in translation and this is one of them! Not the Hotels fault, but it could help travellers in the future.

  : The staff is friendly and the neighborhood is clean and quiet with one or two nice restaurants but a long walk from center. Bathroom and hotel generally is clean.
  : The size of my room was shockingly small for the price - it felt like a walk in closet! Given the decoration in black, rather depressing. A friend had a room almost three times bigger but paid only 15 more - strange and extremely disappointing for me. The cleaning staff inadvertently turned off my hot water for 24 hours! I found myself under a cold shower!!! The neighborhood is clean and quiet but a long walk from city center.

  : Tea making facilities in room would be a big improvement, or at least a bottle of water. If you arrive as we did late on in the evening there is nothing but tap water in your room

  : The breakfast was excellent as was the staff. The bedroom was a single and you couldn't swing a cat in it. Also the bed was extremely narrow. The bathroom was good as was the shower
  : The single rooms were too small and the beds also. The pillows are pitiful.
