  : When I was moved to another room it was nice, but very far from the location I needed to be
  : This hotel provides misleading information on its location and provides terrible customer service, especially from his manger Giuseppe Mangia. from the location provided on Booking or on Maps, the hotel appears to be very close to the much more luxurious Il Ciocco Renaissance Hotel. This is very misleading and borderline dishonest because many people, like me, may thing your complex is part of the Renaissance hotelIt is not the case at al. it is in fact a 30 min walk on a very dark road in the mountain. Not great for a woman travelling alone. The customer service is pretty bad even if the people at reception are nice and do their best in difficult circumastances . I tried calling several times during my check in day to notify of late check in, and the number wasnt working. I emailed the reception twice and got no response. I also contacted you on booking twice and go no response. I was then given a terrible room that smelt very strongly of tobacco. I had booked and paid for a mountain view room, but there was a giant tree obscuring the entire view. I was then put in a nice chalet up the road but it was even furthest from the Il Ciocco Renaissance Hotel where I needed to go several times a day to attend my conference. After I noticed these issues and needed some help, I emailed the manager quite a few times during the day to help me come to a resolution (for example simply lending me a bike so I could access the hotel more easily and safely), I got 0 response from Giuseppe. this made me feel even more unsafe so I asked to check out early. I got 0 discount but instead a booking voucher...valid for 6 months..!! so I have until January to come back to this place that made me feel so uncomfortable! The biggest problem really is the manager completely ignoring my messages and sending his poor staff to instead compensate me with this joke of a coupon. what a brave attitude to ignore customers and instead lets young staff members to deal with their issues.

  : Our stay at the Ciocco was good. The thing we liked the most was the cleanliness of our room as well as the very friendly check-in lady. The location is quite a bit up in the woods (4km from the entrance!). The area looks a bit like a country club in the U.S. The breakfast takes place in another building up the hill, so if you dont want to walk up the steep street to the breakfast and/or dinner, you better have a car! The breakfast was good, but you have to ask for fresh coffee (there was only filtered one at the buffet). The fresh coffee/espresso was great - and included in the price. You basically find everything on the buffet. Big plus: VERY quite, surrounded by nature. See added picture as it shows the view from our balcony.
  : Since the Ciocco Hotels are several buildings in a large area, we had difficulties finding the reception. Check-out time is 10 a.m., which we think is quite early, especially when in holidays. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs in the heating container were cold.

  : Amazing location on top of a mountain, perfect to get away from it all. Solid breakfast. There is a bike rental place where you can rent ebikes to explore the surroundings, which are beautiful.
  : The room was a little noisy in the night, because you can hear everything thats happening in the building, eg someone taking a shower. It doesnt help that the night is super quiet! so that took some getting used to. Also the breakfast was good, but no fruit or veggies of any kind - perhaps because we were offseason.
