  : We paid for the parking at the accommodation for one day, at the time of the check-out I asked if we could leave the car there for 1 hour until 11:00 just to go to the lake side with my elder parents and take some pictures before driving away. (we only stayed one night). Despite the parking being almost empty the owner said that we should pay 10 Euros (daily rate) if we wanted to leave the car one hour extra, no discussion about it. very disappointed and not a good service in my opinion. In addition the shower is basically one shower head in the bathroom, no screen or curtain so the bathroom is very messy after showering, you can hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. During breakfast we had to ask for bread and other basic items to be re-stocked. We also asked twice for the coffee machine to be fixed as it wasn't working.

  : The breakfast was the best from all other hotels we tried around Garda. We could squeeze fresh juice, the cake, fruits and bread very delicious. (Staff doesn't speak English but they are very friendly).
  : Our bus to this hotel in Barolino from Garda didn't come for 2 hours (we were only 4.5km away but there was an accident on the road blocking traffic). I had 3 calls to ask if we arrive before 7.30 (you cannot check in after 7.30pm). Most difficult was the communication because reception doesn't speak English. In the end my partner literally ran the 5km to the hotel in 40 degrees to make it on time, as they did not understand the phone call about the bus delay and told us we cannot arrive after 7.30. We would arrive around 7.45 by bus but they did not understand. Quite stressfull. Also it was very expensive for an outdated hotel. Good, comfortable, great location and definitely recommend the place but I found it overpriced compared to other hotels around garda.
