  : Modern apartment in a secure block with a pool, sunbeds, covered common area with honesty box bar, apartments are cleaned everyday.Living room/diner is around 4m long x 3m wideIncludes, settle, small table and chairs, TV, and a small open plan kitchenette area with microwave, small twin hob, kettle etc.this room opened to a front patio with a small table and chairs and a clothes drier.Our apartment had a large double room with a safe in one of the wardrobes, doors to a back patio and a small television, the other bedroom was a medium sized twin room.Decent sized bathroom with walk-in shower.Check in/out is done at Gardenia Hotel (3-4 mins walk from the suites).Staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly, we had a tour booked and couldn't get a taxi soon enough so the owner took us to the bus terminal himself.One of the staff also sat down with us to give us the lowdown on the local area, very helpful.Breakfast is very good, selection of cold meats, fruit, details and you can request omlettes etc made to order.Bordilino town centre is around a 15min walk along the lake side and it very nice, huge amount of food options and clothing outlets, very busy with people on the lake as well. (We were a couple and elderly mother)We would return the these suite when we visit the lake next time
  : Pool was cold, stopped our party using it.Air con was pre-set and didn't cool the rooms enough.Televisions had few or no English speaking channels

  : Lounge area much smaller than it looked and didnt realise we had to walk to another hotel for breakfast so cancelled the breakfast and just had our own in apartment.

  : Staff were very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. We were advised of an upgrade on arrival to the more modern suites, which was lovely. The apartment suited us well and was kept very clean with some minimal kitchen facilities as needed. Comfortable beds, good shower and bathroom facilities. Location excellent for wandering into Bardolino in ten mins.
  : Soundproofing was a slight issue.

  : The apartments were exceptionally clean and well kept. The honesty fridge for self serve drinks around the pool was an excellent idea. The pool and grounds were kept clean daily. All the staff we met, especially the cleaner were very friendly, polite and helpful. For a self catering apartment it was very well serviced in terms of cleans and towel changes.
