  : Staff are extremely nice and professional both at reception and during breakfast. Some of the best staff I have seen in Italy. The surroundings were also very nice with a lovely view and the bulding is quite new. Breakfast choices were good and quality was also really good. Cakes, biscuits, fresh orange juice, fresh yogurt and jam.
  : For that price and the area, we felt it was not up to the expectations. We slightly moved the furniture and it was full of old toys, dust and spiderwebs. Top of the wardrobe was also dusty. The bathroom door handle is coming off, and there was some rust, there's no blackout curtains so light kept us up at night and early morning. The room was a bit small for 3/4 people there was a huge desk but no proper wardrobe. Not a lot of activities offered. It's winter so swimming pool was not available but it looked really nice! Lots of choices for breakfast but we would have loved an option for espresso or cappuccino. Also, if you offer eggs, I'd like to have few more options. I think they need to improve on some small things to justify the price range. I hope you take this in a constructive way!

  : The building is absolutely gorgeous, and renovated to a high standard in a beautiful setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gardens were really pretty. Parking was easy. Our dog was welcomed and it was a really peaceful place to stay. It was nice being able to book ahead to use the spa area and have it to yourself. Plenty of storage space in the large and airy room, and the fly screens were appreciated. Also, although we didn't use the kitchen, it was great to have access to a large fridge and the option to cook at the B&B. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Thank you!
  : There was a bad smell in the jacuzzi at the end of the day. It had improved a bit by the morning. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room shower, just a generic soap. Also, no recycling bins in the room and my bedside lamp didn't work.
