  : Staff very friendly and amazing dinner with a good value for money
  : SPA and Wellness area very small ( just 1 saune 1 steam bath and a pool ) compared to other wellness hotel in the area.Amenities kit in the room very limited not proper for a 4 star hotel ( no hand cream for example )

  : Good location for your trip in the Dolomites. Friendly staff, good facilities to wind down like the sauna and pool.
  : Be very careful if you are person of colour before booking this hotel. Most of the guest kept starring at us because dont think they expected or seen people of colour before and it became very intimidating and irritating while using the pool, sauna and just seating down to have a meal. One very friendly guest actually came over to us and said just ignore the people because the reaction from the local guest was common towards people of colour, no fault of the hotel because they made us feel very welcomed and this stuff is out of their control. Just be warned if you dont like people starting at you at every move you do while using the facilities dont book.

  : I wished if the pool was a bit bigger , spa is ok , the dinner was good the staff was so friendly polite and supportive and very well organized . the merenda and dinner were tasty , the breakfast is enormous and delicious , room service was perfect.

  : Hotel is located in a quiet area in Antholz valley. SPA area and pools are nice but in the evening a bit overcrowded. Breakfast was great, a lot of variety and really tasteful.
  : Small rooms at the attic. Parking was full and it was hard to find a parking spot. SPA sometimes overcrowded. Overall, hotel should let less guests to book it at the same time.

  : Lovely pool and spa facilities. The dinner was nice and the afternoon snack was great. A nice idea to put the food in boxes for people to take to the table. Bar good. Walking distance to the cross country ski centre and the lake.
  : The breakfast was OK, but some of the items took some time to be refilled when they had run out - eggs and bacon, the croissants for example.

  : The team can't compensate for everything, the hotel overall is ok but cant really live up to expectations raised on homepage as "hidden gem" or "exclusive hideaway" - getting a bit worn. wellness area is nice but lacks some nice indoor quiet areas (mostly dark and gloomy), shower for the finish sauna was out of order, dinner was okay but spare ribs seem not the ideal choice for main course (with alternatives: vegetarian and fish, both of which did not appeal to us either), information on order options at breakfast would have been nice - small things that add up. Biggest downer: walls are thin and if you have the bad luck to live near loud guest your night will be sleepless (not the hotels fault, they did try to calm the loud ladies without success). Overall, for what you get the price is too high. So while the team was mostly excellent, I would probably not come back here.
