  : There was no utensills, only small plastic cup for espresso in the common area, small coffee machine and microwave. No kettle or at least a bit of equipment that would help with preparing simple food (sandwich) or making a tea..

  : Catastrophic sound insulation between rooms.WC and bathroom in the corridor outside the residential unit.Hand cooler useless, not cooling, out of order and as noisy as a tractor.Morning cleaning of the neighboring apartment noisy with banging and shoving without any regard for other guests.Parking fee.

  : I have to say, staying here for my first night in Sicily was a bit like a culture shock for me. Let me sum up our experience:1) they do not speak English2) it was my husband's 40th birthday and I sent them a request if they could put a champagne in or anything. I would happily pay extra to surprise him a little. I had zero response, they totally ignored me3) there was noone at the facility, we felt like we are on a treasure hunt to find the keys to the main door, and then the keys to our own room (we were not even sure if we were in the right room). The same thing happened when we were 'checking out'...we just left basically, because around 8-9am still noone was there

  : Beautiful room and enviroment. Loved the view from balcony where we could see mt. Etna. Neighborhood was calm, garden was cute.
  : - we had bathroom outside of our room , which was bit inconveinent. Going out of room in the middle of night, being conscious that I am making too much sounds and disturbing other visitors by opening and closing doors is not my idea of comfort. But we survived of course. The bathroom was lockable.- we arrived in late evening times, coming tired from a flight craving sleep and didnt have any instructions on how to get to our room. We got number but nobody was picking up. So we tried and tried, tried also other numbers, and after some time finally somebody picked up. We got the instructions and got inside our room- afterwards we asked an question about parking but never got any response, not even on the other day. We stayed 2 nights
