  : I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Internatizionale Terme. Very quick check in and most spoke English. I scheduled 5 spa sessions and when I tried to verify them, they were incorrect due to system problems that week. 2 women worked together to ensure everything was scheduled and correct. Arjeta did an amazing facial and a manicure for me and Francesca handled the massages. Both were incredibly professional, safe (COVID protocols) and did a great job on the spa treatments. I would highly recommend both of them. Breakfast was excellent, albeit a bit busy because the hotel was at capacity when I visited. I also tried the food and wine at the pool bar which was excellent too. They willingly extended my checkout until later in the afternoon so I could enjoy the pool and amenities until later on check out day. I would highly recommend this hotel!
  : Couldn't order something to eat from restaurant (al la carte). Restaurant meals were only buffet. I prefer the option to order something off the menu

  : We liked the breakfast, pools and the big rooms. The hotel looks nice and is pretty clean. The gym is available and nice as well.
  : Some of the women working on breakfast were complaining about how much people would eat at breakfast, not really kind. Also on booking it said the pool prices are included which is not!! So book through they website.

  : Breakfast was amazing. The personnel was welcoming and answered all my questions, even though it could be seen that their English was not the best. The room was very cozy, the view was stunning (9th floor)and there was enough storage space for your items.
  : The elevators were quite small and could only be realistically driven by a single person.
