: We had a lovely family stay in the cottage. The location is truly astonishing, isolated in the middle of the Connemara coast, with a private beach and easy access to walks around the area. The house is big enough for 6 adults, the kitchen is fully equipped and each room has its private bathroom.
: The facilities were simple and a bit outdated. The heating and electric system are not very simple to use.

: The location is purely amazing, Incredible views, beach access, lovely ensuite bedrooms, kitchen had everyone need and more. Easy check in , lovely walks from the house. Perfect for nature lovers !
: The system consisting to pay separately the ESB at the end of the stay is rather unpleasant. If not included in the price, an alternate system of controlled meter should be used. We used the heating in the morning in the kitchen and 45 min before to go to bed, and found some were set on timers, it cost us 70 eur for 3 nights.

: views from the cottage were breathtaking.beds were comfortable and the house was suitable for seven adults.
: the access to the cottage over a lane / farm track proved difficult in a small hatchback.I would recommend a jeep or something similar with a higher clearance.

: The views, the beach and the fireplace were all worth the drive to the coast. It is a very peaceful and quiet place. Our springer spaniel loved it too!
: The beauty of the place is that it is remote. That means you need to drive for 10-15 minutes for a shop. So best to come prepared.
