  : The welcome was almost non existent, I think the person was half asleep and disinterested with next to no communication. The communication we did have was very hard to understand.

  : The bed sheets were clean. The location suited.
  : It was an old shabby building not well maintained. The shower room was a cubby hole under the stairs on the opposite side of the downstairs lobby instead of being a private bathroom as described. It was a shared bathroom with old well used toothbrushes in a tub and towels hanging from nails on the wall. An old used bar of soap on the sink and rubbish in the bin. I had to dress fully each time in order to cross the lobby to use the toilet. I choose not to use the shabby shower. It bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos on the listing. The light switch for the bedroom was around the corner outside the room and again I had to dress each time to use the switch. There wasn't any bedside lights as shown in the listing. I choose to leave a light by the tv on all night otherwise I would not have a light to use during the night. The decor in the room is dated and dark. No pictures on the wall at all as shown in the listing. There's an old open fireplace with an old fire guard on front and broken tiles. The carpet looked unclean and old. There was no heating and the tv had just four channels. The outside of the property was overgrown and the front porch had old leaves and debris. There are overgrown brambles hanging over the driveway. All in all a disgraceful property to have on booking.com
