  : Location and layout
: Asked the staff 3 times for towels , never arrived in the two days we were there. No courtesy call

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Apartment was clean and tidy. Hot showers. Kitchen well stocked with relevant utensils needed in kitchen. Had washer/dryer to wash clothes. In the city centre, so great access to everywhere and everything.
: Uncomfortable bed. Very tired apartment. The tv had a habit on turning itself on during the night. Though the apartment is in need of a renovation, it did do everything we that required of it, so for that I am grateful for it.

: The store under our bedroom window was a hang out for locals until 3am a little to noisy to sleep

: Central location and new apartment
: The check in was done in a separate building. I booked the apt for my family under my aunts name as I was not coming with them and sent a message before asking if they needed anything else from me as my family did not speak English and they said no. So when they arrived very later at night around 2am the staff called me to confirm the reservation and asked me to send an email to allow them to give the keys to my family which it was ridiculous considering I had booked under my aunts name already. Bed was not comfortable, and the sofa bed was very small for 2 people.Very expensive for what it offers.

Wonderful
Traveller Type:
: Very large apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We used public transportation, they are wasy to use.
: How long it was to get our keys at the managing property. We had to walk to that property before going to our property. !0-15 minutes were not too bad but it was raining and we had of course our luggages.
