  : I checked out as felt extremely insecure I found it was in a dingy area down in a basement and scared that access through the codes known to unmanned man. The property does not appear like the website. I request full refund.

  : Location is very good. Room is comfortable although a little small. Staff were helpful when we checked in as the safe in the room was locked, so they had to spend time re-setting it.
  : It would be better to be able to switch the bedside lights independently rather one switch for either both on or off. TV didnt seem to have any normal channels, local or otherwise. There were a few random ones but didnt have the main RTE channel or other normal channels. Would have been useful if the staff had checked the safe when they prepared the room. We had car and we used car parking in driveway. However one day a car parked across in front of the 3 cars parked, making it impossible to take the cars out. There needs to be a process to know which room car owners are in to be able to get them to move their cars. It was weekend so there was plenty of free parking on the road.

  : The staff was very polite and friendly and tried to help with everything
  : Someone's hair is on My bed and on the walls in the bathroom. Age-old dust on the coffee machine and TV remote control is an example. Leaving half-used toilet paper in someone's room is such a solution.
