  : Location was great, near the M50 and the airport, hence cab fees are manageable. Hotel offers transport to and from the airport, albeit in selective hours. Wi-Fi was perfect. Apartment was clean and new, and the heaters worked perfectly.
  : Lift broke down and wasn't repaired for 3 days. Was difficult getting up to 12th floor. Parking for clients was scarce, management needs to do better in that regard. Airport service van doesn't work 24 hours, that's a bummer. My flight was at 4am and had to get a cab.

  : It was close to the airport and had a shuttle for an early flight.
  : We ordered the shuttle for the morning when we checked in. When we arrived at the desk at 5 it wasnt there. After asking several times the staff told us it was late and they paid for a taxi. Luckily it was a short trip because we had to have luggage on our laps for a party of 4.

  : It was convenient for the airport which we wanted and locally there is a couple of supermarket shops, McDonalds, ikea and decathlon which we popped to in the morning before our flight. The staff were all nice and my partner had a meal there which he was also pleased with.
  : Unfortunately we did not have hot water in our room and the lift broke whilst we were on the 14th floor. Staff were helpful, they called an engineer for the lift and let us intoanother room to use the shower. I have requested a partial refund due to the inconvenience but have not received a response yet.

  : We didn't like the fact that we booked for 2 Adults & 2 Teenagers, 14 & 16. We gave their ages on booking, on confirming the booking a few days before & on online check in the day before and on arrival. Yet, they still only had 2 beds for the 4 of us, do they expect teen age children to share a bed? When I asked at reception about this I was told they don't accommodate for families and our booking was for 2 large double beds, when I told her that there wasn't 2 large double beds there was one large double and one very small double/big single. I asked why there wasn't a double and a twin as I requested on booking.com. I was told they had no control over what was on booking.com Also the lift and lobby area was constantly full of tobacco & marijuana smoke every time we entered or left the complex, with groups smoking at the doors even though there was a smoking area on the opposite side of the car park, where we weren't allowed park. We had to park a few hundred meters away and walk back with no footpath or lighting in the rain and through puddles. Nice accommodation but the bathroom fans didn't work and the shower heads needed replacing. Not worth the exorbitant money they were charging.
