  : The staff were helpful, however major issues with booking procedure. Complaints are a joke and ruined stay.

  : Super easy check in. The bed was comfy. The room was very clean. The location was excellent - the center of everything on Grafton Street. The kitchen was handy and it had several appliances (coffee machine - nespresso, kettle, toaster).
  : The room was a SAUNA. I had the two worst nights sleep of my life to the point I felt sick. The "air con," if you can call it that, was blowing warm air so we ended up turning it off because it wasn't helping. If we opened the window for cold air, all we heard was partying and screaming from the pubs outside. There was no winning. The kitchen had most things, but it was lacking a few items - no spatula or anything to use for the frying pans. Thankfully non-stick so we were able to make eggs. A few random items in the fridge from previous guests like an opened bottle of water and some sodas. Not enough coffee pods or creamer pods for the amount of guests and length of stay. Little things, but on top of the heat.. ugh.

  : it was central which was great, the facilities were also perfect for a small room, although the oven didn’t work
  : it was so hot! and if you opened the window the pub outside played music till 2am, then the tidy up then the bins weee collected at 7am, so not much peace

  : It is very centrally located, friendly staff.
  : The location was noisy throughout the night you can hear doors closing on the same floor. It is also centrally located so there is a lot of noise from the street below if you want the window open.
