  : The location by the lake and walking distance to the castle and cong village. The lake view suite given to us had a view of the lake.
  : We paid for a lake view suite (assuming a suite will have a separate living area) but it didnt. It was a long big room with a bed and a sitting area in front all in red without any fireplace or proper balcony or sit out area as shown in the pics. We were told that the 6 suite rooms are all different but booked at the same price and the allotment was made randomly. So after having paid 600 pounds (same for the category) we did not get a room with a separate living area, fireplace, separate bath and shower cubicle, no balcony. If some rooms have lesser features than others then in my view we should have been charged proportionately. I felt utterly cheated as from the pics one would presume they are or atleast SHOULD BE all the same.ADDITIONALLY,the property is not even close to a five star property even though their rates are seven stars. There is no nespresso coffee maker, torn poor quality bath robes, towels slippers which need replacements, poor quality sofa pillows, the footing in bath is just tiles no marble and its as small as a bnb or self catering bathroom. Infact they are I usually bigger.The management tried to relocate us but couldnt as they were fully occupied ( so I was told) they also made some excuse about random appointment and booking through booking.com etc which made no sense when they chose to accept my booking. None of the excuses made sense and they kept insisting all rooms are the same and they are sorry we didnt like it. But when I pointed the lack on features in my room compare to others they offered to serve us wine at dinner in an attempt to compensate the dissatisfaction.The staff was clueless about turn down service in the evening but provided that upon asking. When we asked for wine glasses for the room they didnt even ask if it was for red or white!Anyway the restaurant was good. Duck was great beef and venison not so much. Scallops were nice.
