  : The fact we ordered food and it came out dry and like rubber. The service was terrible, we had to clear our own table of enpty drinks and plates. We were not informed when we check in that at night-time the outside door to the rooms would be locked and we're not given the key code, as a result when we returned from our evening out we couldn't get into the building and could not access our room. Tried to make contact with the numbers provided on the email. No joy. Couldn't make contact with anyone and as its a pub noone was working throughout the night. Had to book alternative accomidation (luckily) at 1.30am otherwise we'd have been sleeping outside. Came back the following morning at 8.45am still noone around. Couldn't get in. Asked locals who tried their best to ring staff they knew working there, also was informed this was not the first time guests have had this experience... And informed a group of six last winter were left outside in the freezing cold, and they actually had to force the door in. At 9.45am a worker showed up and she couldn't even get in. Asked to be contacted by a manager, no manager ever rang. Rang the premises, told a manager would ring us back again. Still haven't rang back. Paid in advance for a service that was non existence and a stay we didn't end up having. Absolutely deplorable. Would not reccomend and would advise any bride or grooms to not reccomend this place for their guests accomidation. Horrific.
