  : We didn't like our evening meal and only got a choose of one menu when we seen others got two menus. Our meal was very expensive for what we got.

  : The location on the river is very nice and peaceful. The rooms are basic but nicely situated on the river. Spa facilities are also nice.
  : Everything was an add-on. The hotel isnt cheap to stay in. You have to pay 25 per person for the thermal suites. We also paid for B&B, assuming hot beverages are included in breakfast. However only filtered coffee is free, all other coffee (including americano is 4.15). We also opted for the early bird menu. The food was average. Im not sure if it was lesser than because the early bird menu is cheaper but neither of us finished. All the staff were very nice and accommodating nonetheless.

  : Nice location, staff were great, food was good and the cocktails were nice. Spa was just ok
  : The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor, room service trays were scattered everywhere when we arrived, and our room was on the bottom level where the entire floor stank of stale water and raw fish. There also was zero soundproofing in our room so on our second night we were kept up all night due to the party happening in our neighbours room. Overall disappointing given the influencer reviews I saw on social media
