  : bed is too small for me and bathroom is not very clean.

  : its good location, its ok food, nice staff.
  : Very old outdated, need a big renovation specially the bathroom was rusty with black moles. The window wall was soaked. The sauna need to be booke in advance however the time what we booked the staff forget to start which incovinince our time.

  : The staff are very nice and polite, especially the lady at the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner (part of the package) are decent. We love the desert every night. The hotel is quite close to the thermal lake.
  : There are over 50 stink bugs in the room. We're killing it for hours in the first night. We called the front desk at the night, a man came and told us he couldn't do anything, since it is everywhere. We asked for another room , even downgrade to standard room in another building, but he said they were the same. He spoke poor English, so we really couldn't talk much and he left. If it was not in the mid of night, I would left the hotel. After two hours, we killed 40+bugs. There were new bugs kept showing up! The next morning, after breakfast, we killed another 10+. The it seemed clear of bugs till the next day. The building we stayed (1bedroom) was almost empty, and the outside of building needs repainting. Anyhow a hotel should not depending on it's guest to disinfect the room! It should not pass the hygiene inspection.

  : Good value the half board, is nothing fancy, but the food tasty. They have soup, main course, salad, and desert.
  : Outdated building, no wifi in the room.We came to visit Heviz lake, dont spend here more than a weekend. Even the thermal spa building outdated, but is not the hotel fault. I still think good value the room with half board.
