  : Please read the whole textWhere should I begin with. The way he was arrogantly talking to me over the phone. It was the first time for me booking over booking.com and I did not know how the site works. That's why I did not know I had to pay 200 beforehand as deposit for breaking something.He insulted me saying I am saying "stupid things" and "I know how the system works, I have 15 houses all over the world." He was very very rude. It was 23 o'clock and we were standing in the rain soaking wet. He also proposed to take the money in cash when I said that I do not have 200 in my bank account at the moment. Completely unprofessional. The apartment is also located directly next to a strip club. Completely unacceptable for children.When we walked into the apartment we were shocked. Cockroaches running on the floor and inside the sugar cubes, water and hair on the bathroom floor. Most of the furniture was completely broken. The toaster was dirty, the whole kitchen actually. We were speechless. I have never seen such a dirty apartment. Everything I say can be seen at the fotos. Unfortunately, I was able to post only 4 of the dozen I had.Overall experience was bad. I DO NOT recommend anyone booking this apartment.

  : Ah, where to start with this... - I had a rather disappointing experience during my stay at this apartment. Firstly, the host showed no understanding when it came to the deposit. Despite my explanation that most landlords accept a cash deposit, he insisted on a bank transfer, citing banking regulations as the reason. It would have been much more convenient for me to provide the deposit in cash as I was caught off guard in that situation. - Furthermore, there was a notable absence of basic amenities in the bathroom, such as shampoo and shower gel. This made the stay less comfortable and convenient. - The surroundings of the apartment were quite noisy, and it felt like there was a lack of privacy in the surroundings. These factors significantly detracted from the overall experience. I would recommend better communication and ensuring the availability of essential toiletries to improve the quality of this accommodation. - In addition to the issues I mentioned earlier, I also experienced stress during my stay due to the prolonged delay in receiving my deposit refund. It took more than seven days for the deposit to be returned to me, which is significantly longer than the standard practice. This delay caused unnecessary stress during my departure. - Lastly, when the deposit was eventually refunded, I noticed that I received 189 euros instead of the full 200 euros I had initially provided. This discrepancy was disappointing and left me feeling like I was not treated fairly as a guest. Overall, these additional issues with the deposit refund process and the reduced amount I received further marred my experience at this apartment. I'm rating two stars only because I liked the location and the price was affordable as well.
