  : The room was warm and comfortable with a little fridge. The welcome was friendly and I was shown how the coffee machine worked when I arrived. The WiFi was fast with no glitches.
  : My room was just off the communal kitchen area and the coffee machine was pretty noisy. On one night someone kept ringing the telephone in the communal area in the early hours of the morning.

  : The staff person communicated quickly by emails, by phone and in person, answered questions and reassurance of the neighborhood's safety and walkability at night.
  : Instructions on turning on the mini-split room heat/cooler, how to enter/exit doors of building and unit would be helpful, as well as an accurate address on exterior of building and/or name of facility.

  : It was a very nice place inside. Comfy beds.
  : Quite noisy place, some children were jumping and running on the floor above. There is a little pub outside also, our room was just above the pub.Main issue I think is safety. I realized this only getting inside the apartment. Correct me if I am wrong, but is it the same key for all the doors foe the rooms inside? Because all guests open the entrance door with the same key, which is also for your room inside. Or I am missing something here? How can you leave valuable belongings in the room if others can unlock it?Of course, we didnt try it, but it is 1 key for entrance door and the same key for the room.
