  : Pillows need replaced - very lumpy. No plug in kitchen sink, no towel to dry dishes or drying rack for dishes. Shower head is loose. Wifi details don't work.

  : Location and Gym was good
  : There was an awful smell of smoke or similar in the apartment. We covered it in air freshener but it made no difference at all. The pull out bed also had only a single sheet which did not fit the bed. The bed in the bedroom made an extremely loud creaking sound if we moved the slightest bit.

  : Location good - easy to walk to all sights or get public transport. Gym quality good, but very busy at times as mainly used by local members not apartment/hotel guests.
  : Double bed was most uncomfortable I can recall sleeping on - like sleeping directly on springs. Had to resort most nights to sleeping on small single day bed meant for use of child. Given how hot Budapest was, would prefer to have open windows at night, but opened above road. Not a busy road, but enough that any vehicle would wake you up. Limited cooking/cleaning utensils (eg no chopping board, kitchen towel, cloths for cleaning up). Superficially clean, but not if you looked any closer. No sofa.

  : Location was very good
  : I was waiting for 15 minutes for the person who should handed over the keys to me in despite of I had a chat with the accommodation during whole morning and updated them about the actual arr time every 1-2 hours. At least I would expect the person arrives at ( maybe rather a few minutes before ) 15:00 as we agreed. I was waiting outside for 15 min until the person came. In case we will got the penalty for parking on the street for parking here longer than 15 min what was allowed I will claim this to be paid by the accommodation, this was caused because the person was late. We also got wrong information from the person who brought the keys about street parking. We were told we can pay always for 1 day but maximum was 2 hours, at the final stage we decided to pay for underground parking, quite expensive but there is not that much options here, this was not an issue, just the wrong info We were 2+2 but the sofa was not ready for the children for sleep, we had to prepare it alone. I expect if I order 4 beds I got 4 beds, Im not the housekeeper, Im your guest... We got only very little amount of toilet paper, we had to buy our own, this is really something very unusuall...

  : The facilities were amazing and staff really friendly. Laundry across the road and many restaurants nearby. Kitchen a bonus
  : The Queen bed was fine but the additional bed slanted and was really uncomfortable. It resulted in all 3 of us sleeping in the same bed so we could sleep.

  : Poor quality bed Poor quality furniture Noisy even with windows closed . Dive bar had people outside jeering and drunk until early hours of morning on Thursday Friday and Saturday. No bowls for cereal. Room got way too hot despite turning off heating . Gym and pool were over populated all the time as its a shared area with many members Room nothing like pictures Awful management staff Despite explaining about my sickness the lady was rude on the phone, quick to charge penalty for being 1 hour and 5 minutes late . I get the one hour but charging extra for being five minutes late is disgusting and was not mentioned on the booking.com listing. The lady was then rude on the phone on checkout . Poor customer service, absolutely noExcuse for being rude to paying customers.
