  : The Gentleman on reception was very nice and the balcony was a nice addition to the room for early morning relaxing before heading out.
  : When we first walked into AnVa house, we were very shocked by the reception area, it was very run down and does need some renovation work. I messaged the hotel before arriving to see if they accepted card payments to which they confirmed they did but, when we arrived we were told the card machine wasnt working. I understand that this cant be helped and the gentleman behind the desk was very understanding and informed us that there was a bank located further around the corner that doesnt charge extortionate fees to withdraw money unlike the cash machines located outside/around the area. We managed to draw money out. When we got comfortable in the room, we found that the bed in room 502 was not comfortable and when sat on, you may as well have been sat on the floor. It had certainly been well-used and in need of replacing. The air con in the room didnt work and the TV did not have a working remote. When I went down to reception, the gentlemen did provide 3 remotes which only one was the TV make and this didnt work. We found the on button is touch sensitive on the front of the TV which we used to turn on and off but please note that if you dont understand Hungarian then the TV will not be of much use to you. The bathroom was very dark despite having lights as the lights are situated over the sink area so youre pretty much showering in pretty much darkness. As the hotel is situated in the nightlife area of Budapest, if you value sleep, I wouldnt recommend staying here. The balcony for 502 overlooks the outdoor seating area of the bar next door/below which is loud until 2/3 am. The balcony also looks over onto the neighbouring apartment building which has 30-40 black bin bags sitting at the bottom (Im unsure if this is general waste or renovating waste but not a nice site to see).

  : Most of the staff are rude. You cannot turn on the AC as exhales very bad smell. Check in are till 10pm, if you arrive few minutes after 10pm they will tell you it is your problem to find elsewhere to stay for the night.

  : The flat is in a very central street and within walking distance from all tha main points of Budapest. There are lots of restaurants & bars around as well.
  : The wifi connection was really weak, so I would not recommend it if you need to work from there. There were only 3-4 plugs and none of them close to bed. The ceiling is very high and the top windows do not have curtains, so there is a lot of light coming in, which means we had to wake up early from the sun. The street below is very busy (no cars) but lots of drunk people walk till the morning, so there was a lot of noise (a pair of earplugs really helped)

  : We stayed for one night only. The prices were very high, so Anva has the best price for the area it is situated. In terms of what we paid in comparison to other places on the market it was decent. Also, although the garage door was broken and we could not park there, the staff helped us with information of Parking in Budapest.
  : Firstly, the bed linen was still wet, the wall above the bed was dirty, the bathroom shower was proken, the bathroom had some patches of black mold. Next to the location is a terrace and you could hear the noise with the windows closed.

  : The location was great,very close to most places. Tram line and other transport availability was perfect. There are lots of Restaurants and bars close by. Shower was hot .
  : Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable due to a bad mattress. We stayed 3 nights but coffee was only available for the first night even though we asked for it to be replenished. They had run out.
