  : The property is immaculate; the pool area is so lovely and very quiet. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It felt very private. Very clean and comfy beds. Shower was really big too the size of the whole apartment and balcony were exceptional really big. Pool added bonus when its hot.The views are to die for can see for miles and miles you never get bored sat in the egg chair. Huge roof terrace too where you can see even more of the views. Loads of sun-beds around pool dont need to be up early and the host provides pool towels daily Good communication with host before however didnt see the host during or on check out. Felt strange not leaving keys with a reception or someone on check out. Not a problem not seeing the host just a bit wary on check in and and check out leaving keys around. Would be good if someone met you.
  : It was far from Zadar centre, you need uber! Also book Uber for airport transfer we got ripped off not booking and not realising Uber was about. Saved 30 euros using Uber on way back. Its quite far too from any shops the nearest is about 20 minute walk away but its down / back up a very steep hill so worth having a car or using Uber. We walked into the centre it took 46 - 48 minutes we did it a few times it was harder coming back up the hill. Everywhere tends to close too around midnight (dont know if this is out of peak season) so its worth grabbing bits from airport before heading to apartment if you have a late flight. As theres nowhere around to get it from. The hosts were very kind and left beers, water and juice which was lovely to find in the fridge after a long day. The pool around the sides of the pool could do with a clean there was quite a lot of mould but other than that apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy! Very modern.

  : Stunning property in the perfect location for Zadar and airport, very comfortable, had everything we needed, beds were huge and super comfy, the egg chair was a nice addition to chill on the balcony with a book, pool towels fresh everyday and everywhere was spotlessly clean.
  : Absolutely no complaints as we are happy to be self contained, but communication with owner was slow once we were there, and a welcome pack with details of bin point, local area etc would be helpful for guests, Village Tadic apartment tenants were all respectful but lots of noise from the adjacent villa into the early hours 3 or 4 nights, minor points otherwise it would be a 10/10 throughout ... would highly recommend a stay here..

  : The appartments were modern and clean. The view from the appartment is beautiful, esp at night, you can see the lights from town. They give us some drinks as compliment to our stay.
  : The warm water didn't function at the second day of our stay (3 days stay). The host is also not very responsive, when we contact as soon as we found out that the warm water not working.The blanket is also very thin (outside temperature is still 10 degrees). They just give us thin sheet, not a proper blanket. We stay with elderly and kid, so it's important that they can sleep well with warm blanket.The internet connection is also very slow.

  : Superficially the apartment was very good, clean with adequate content. Superb view to the west.
  : The details on booking.com said that we would be met at the property. We had arranged a time between 22:00 and 23:00 to coincide with our flight. We rang to say when we were on our way. We were then told that the key would be in the door but the person on the end of the phone didn't seem to know which apartment we had been allocated. Once we got there there wasn't anybody to show us around the apartment. I believe the property details said there was adequate parking for the apartments and guests. Not the case there was only 4 places for parking and 5 apartments! The Pool was a let down. It was dirty. Even though there was an automatic hoover it did not clean the corners or any of the area around the ladder leading to the Jacuzzi. These area were very dirty. The plus sockets in the kitchen impractical and inadequate - 1 socket for kettle/toaster and coffee machine! Broken tower rail in shower room - mentioned but nothing done about it. Some of the wardrobe catches were inoperative. Cupboard under sink in shower room not closing correctly. Building sites to north and south.

  : The view is nice, only because it cant be ruined by the host...
  : The villa is a full SCAM! If you dont tell the that you want to have a room like photos here, you will get a ground floor dark room, without any view and a loggia (not a balcony). We tried to ask for assistance the the host but nothing happened. Lies and excusies the only thing we got. 1st the host wrote us, the reason why we got the worst "room" is bc we came late. -fcking lie- The earliest time when we can get the room is 14:00, we wee there before 14:00. The villa was filled with drunk youngsters, who were screaming, yelling, and jumping into the unclean pool, BUT they have a sea view room, as were in the photos. Secondaly there were absolutely NO cleaning in our room since the whole stay, no towel change, nothing. The facilities are in poor condition, the walls are rotten, the pool is untidy, and cracked, pool windows are dirty, so maximum disapointment! avoid this place!
