  : The location is stunning: in the center of the Zadar' Old Town, at less than 5 min from St. Donat and the Zadar Riva (the seaside that end with the Greeting to the Sun and the Sea Organ) and near the Old Town station for buses and airport shuttle. Even if in the heart of city, Andrea Apt is in a quiet street and the apt was very quiet during the night! Great cleanliness and kitchen, all prepared to host you and give you a great hq in Zadar. Andrea and Vjerika are great hosts! PS: the apt is really windy, so you won't soffer hot in summer.
  : The furniture looks a bit old, but them "works" well: the bed are comfortable and large, the shower good and so on. One weak point: the air conditioner is located just in kitchen, too far from the bedrooms. Even if windy and not so hot, it can be a problem during the summer.

  : Location. Very close to bus and ferry service. Restaurants, shops, bars, cafes.
  : No instructions to operate Digi box to tune in tv. It advertised as two double beds in each room. Not the case. One double in one bedroom. A king in second bedroom.

  : Location was central to beautiful Zadar. A clean apartment with all facilities available.
  : Unfortunately because of the proximity of the apartment to the bell tower and church, the bell rings very often and did disrupt our sleep at night.

  : - the washing machine had something jammed in its pump, which we did not know beforehand, so we were forced to manually drain the water in order to be able to clean the filter - the apartment and its equipment are slightly worn down and might require renovation in the not-so-distant future - new windows could also help in reducing the noise from outside

  : Location, Spacious rooms, Excellent kitchen facilities, parking near by. Lucien was very helpful. He advised us to act on certain things which actually helped our stay. It's right in the middle of the Old Town, very easy to walk to the beach, Sea Organ and other attractions. A supermarket 2 minutes away.
  : It was quite cold and there are no heaters running. We missed reading it in the fine print and it was indeed quite cold in the house. I think the rooms were not used for quite some time. Hence, even though they cleaned it, perhaps there is some dust on the floor accumulated over the period. When we mentioned to Lucien, he immediately accepted and mentioned it will be taken care more carefully for the next guests.
