  : Parking at near beach resort (Kanegra Beach) is included in price.
  : Air condition is not included in price, even thou it is written in description that you are paying for room with air condition. You have to pay extra 5 per day if you want to use it. Also, there was a lot of bugs in room.

  : The housekeeper man and a younger guy who worked at the restaurant were kind.
  : I looked for a property which is kid and pet friendly because we travel everywhere together with our 2 dogs. One trained German short haired pointer and a biggie head mixed breed dog who happens to be a therapy a dog and the little girls best friend. both our dogs are highly trained and socialised. I even wrote a message to the property that we have 2 dogs to avoid any possible inconvenient situation and I had an answer only mentioning the extra price for the dogs. Ive also checked the reviews which said Vera loves dogs. She really do. Except the ones who dont look like to fit her expectations of a cute dog. We have arrive after 6 hours of travelling in 36 Celsius 2 kids 2 dogs on board and we entered with a big smile and she looked at our biggie head dog not even saying hi,she started to use her hands to show us he needs to wear muzzle and even said the word box then pointed on our vizsla and shouted this OK then our other dog NO!! our little girls were shocked just like me. my dog was just sitting (8 year old and the calmest creature in the world) and I was so disappointed I didnt know what to say or do. She also said (she doesnt speak English but knew a few words and my husband speaks German ) that we cannot enter the garden nor the terrace because this dog is dangerous. (my dog was laying at my feet craving for some water by this time). I was shocked. we were looking forward to this stay we have booked the accommodation 2 months prior to arrival and exchanged messages and this warm welcome was something I was totally not prepared for. finally her daughter called me to say it must be some misunderstanding but unfortunately the harm was already done and the daughter was not there only this older woman who was super unfriendly to us,even turned away when she saw us later.
