  : the location, the private parking and the large rooms
  : It was not clean, it was very hot because it has no air conditioning and the windows didnt have mosquito nets (only 2 rooms had them). There were lots of insects in the house, it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time.

  : It was walkable to the sea. Property was a decent size with nice fridge and 2 toilets.
  : No kettle, no A/C, which you would expect for the price and the area. We went to the same area of Ugljan 1 month ago and A/C was in the house as a standard. It can do with a clear out and the shower was mouldy. Too many carpets and soft furnishings that you dont want in holiday house. Too much stuff that wasnt cleaned, eg dusty or spider- webs that were not new.Advert should say that you are living above the landlord. The parking space was not in a good order and the metal wires scratched our car on the roof and the car boot.We hope this review will be helpful to the landlord and the other travellers.
