Disappointing

  : The location was close to the beaches and to the main roads. The apartments had comfortable areas.
  : The host didn't speak any english or italian, didn't even try to be nice nor kind. We had issues from the start since the beds didn't have the upper sheets, and the kitchen was not fully equipped, but she didn't understand what we needed and was very unpleasant in all communications and encounters. She would just enter the apartment, come in the rooms and even touch our stuff, I had to accompany her outside. By the way, the apartment is actually rented by an agency, Adriagate, so for all communication we went through them to make ourselves understood, with a series of back and forth definetely not efficient. Since it's rented by them, they should have been there to guarantee that everything was right.
